Well, sort of as usual, since we are on vacation we did have sex. The main issue is the bed sucks and was partially broken so we were unable to actually fuck. Well, The Wife announced that she is starting a new weight loss program yesterday. She has used this system in the past and lost weight, but then decides to stop and not pay attention to what she is eating, so gains the weight back. She had said she would not start it till after our next trip in a few weeks, but suddenly started yesterday. We will see how long this lasts.

I am guessing that she will simply not initiate things most of the time which is totally opposite of when we were first together. Well, here is it, almost another week (make is 3 this time) of no sex and I actually sort of tried yesterday despite my plan not to. I have ended up sleeping on the sofa quite a bit as she has started snoring LOUDLY. Well, yesterday, The Wife worked with me as none of the regular 'crew' was available which was pretty nice. Tuesday, April 16, 2024, 12:30:13 PM- Happy Birthday to ME!
Well, here I am 2 weeks of nothing sex wise. I *thought* with last night being the night before my birthday, she might be amorous, but she got in bed and went straight to sleep. Well, today IS my birthday and we have show tickets for Thursday so I am, as always, Forever hopeful.

Well, it HAD been 6 weeks of no activity and suddenly on Friday night The Wife for some reason, decided to initiate sex. Well, honestly a bit surprised (but maybe not so much, I am not sure) but no sex for a month now. I am sort of tired of always being the one to 'push' her and have gotten tired of that so I decided to wait for her to make an advance. I still hint at wanting things to happen and she seems to be interested, but then decides to stay up late watching TV until she falls asleep on the sofa and I have to remind her that it is time to get to bed.

Saturday, February 10, 2024, 2:28:37 PM- Anniversary Dinner
We invited about a dozen of our friends to join us for dinner at Bahama Breeze at 7:30 last night and it was amazing. some of these folks we see only once every 2 years and some more often - life is like that. After dinner we went to sit on the porch for a few more drinks with our oldest daughter and her friend. She and my wife had an amazing conversation and we all had patrone shots as well as a few beers. This was the first time in a VERY long time I have closed down a bar - we left around 12:30 and they closed at 12:00.
Once we got home we went to bed and had a nice, leisurely lovemaking session. I think it was around an hour, maybe 90 minutes. I ate her to a screaming orgasm and we fucked for a bit during which I believe she had 2 more orgasms and I finally came.

Today marks my 25 year marriage anniversary. 10 years ago I did not think we would still be married. We are still not in a 'perfect' place, but it is definitely better.
